There are some nice diagrams on certain subjects. In particular covalent bonding has a good explanation with lots of great 3d pictures in the book. However this is not a good introductory chemistry book. I think that if you plan to use this book you should already have a general background in chemistry.
Provides carefully worked out, complete solutions for all odd-numbered questions and exercises in the text. Uses the same solutions methods as examples in the text.
